String Length

Measures the character length of a string.

This action is used to find the length of the string stored in a string variable and to store the result in an integer variable.

Option	Description
Source	Enter the string variable whose value you wish to measure.
Length	Enter the integer variable in which to store the measured length.

Exit Point	Description
Complete	This is taken when the action cell has executed.
Error	This is taken if an internal error occurred.
