Copy Prompt

Copies content from one audio file to another.

This allows a user in your organisation to dial in and change a prompt quickly. For example, to overwrite a Welcome message with a disaster recovery message during an emergency.

Complete

This is taken when the prompt has copied successfully.

Error

This is taken if any media files configured could not be located. It is also taken if a system error occurs causing the new prompt to remain uncommitted. The original prompt remains in effect.

It is recommended that you design the script to loop around to allow the caller to reattempt the operation.
