Description |
Use Default Prompt/ |
To use the default prompt asking the caller to enter their security code, leave the Use Default Prompt check box selected. The prompt is "Please enter the last 3 or 4 digits that appear on the signature strip on the back of your card" in the UK English female voice. To choose a different prompt, clear the check box and then select the desired media file. Note: as media files reside on storage within a secure payment card handling environment on storm with no outside access, they are uploaded and configured by support engineers. |
Inter Digit Timeout |
Select the number of seconds to allow between the caller's digit entries. |
Retry Digit |
Select the option corresponding to the digit that the customer must press to clear their input if they want to re-enter it. |
Termination Digit |
Select the check box(es) corresponding to the digit(s) that the customer can press to indicate that they have completed entering their number. If the customer does not press a defined termination digit, the service waits until the Inter Digit Timeout is reached. |
Abort Digit |
Select the digit that the customer can press to indicate that they want to abort entering their security code. Note: abort takes effect if the single abort digit is pressed and then the Inter Digit Timeout is reached. If these two events do not take place (that is, the customer has pressed a digit other than the abort digit, or has pressed more than one digit before the timeout), it is assumed that the customer has started entering their security code. The abort function does not take effect once security code entry has begun. If you configure an abort digit, you must configure the Aborted exit route (see below) for the keypress to take effect by sending execution to another action cell. |
Masked Security Code |
Enter a string variable to store the masked security code. |
Enable Cut Through |
Select this to allow the customer to press a key to stop playing the audio prompt requesting security code entry. |
